Zits character has two parts, things he has inherited and things he chose to do. The more important side is the things he chooses to do such as drinking, starting fires, getting in and out of jail, comits crimes of violence, and things of the like. Although this is a very radical situation it does represent teenagers in some instances. It shows how teens can act on impulse instead of thinking in depth before making a choice. Zits behavior also shows how easily people, especially teens, allow the past to dictate them in everything they do. It also shows that teens often put the blame on anything else before themselves.
